An Intelli-Flip Monitor is attached to each Kanban Flipper. When the caregiver has used all of the supplies in the first bin, they simply lower the Kanban Flipper to access supplies in the second bin, and a signal is sent to the Portal that inventory needs to be replenished. No scanning required.
