Our CARES is a non-structural operating room ceiling system designed and engineered to meet the increased demands of today’s surgical areas. This complete, modular system can accommodate a wide range of designs and include all necessary lighting. All systems have proved common plenum with low profile. Can work around existing or new equipment by others in the field. The common plenum allows for fewer hanging points to make installations go much faster and easier.

The CARES is a modular, customizable air distribution with lighting solution specifically engineered to provide the clean air and high-quality lighting needed to meet today’s operating room needs, while making the best use of the limited ceiling space often found in surgical areas. It features a low-profile common plenum with any number and configuration of laminar flow diffusers, with or without gel seal HEPA filters, to meet air filtration needs.

Improved Lighting Quality

In addition to providing the highest air quality, our system also elevates lighting quality with direct, high-output, high-efficiency LED lighting that does not interfere with the air stream. White LED lights are tunable and dimmable, and include green lights on the same board – requiring half the number of drivers, less wiring, and less time and effort during installation.

Virtually Unlimited Layout Options

Our system offers customized design options with module sizes and configurations to accommodate any equipment layout. It conforms to ASHRAE 170 requirements, and our LED lighting is IP67 rated. Optional features include EC fans inside the plenum, factory installation and more. Our engineering team can work with you to design a ceiling system that meets the exact needs of your project.

Maximizing Ceiling Space

We designed our system to make the best use of the limited ceiling space often found in surgical areas. It features a low profile common plenum with multiple laminar flow diffusers, with or without gel seal HEPA filters, to meet air filtration needs. Each diffuser also has the capacity to include powerful LED lights built into the perimeter. Eliminating the need for traditional hanging lights opens up valuable space for surgical equipment.
